From the stairway leading up to "the Bricks" in front of the Angus Bowmer Theater and the Elizabethan Stage; the profile of the Lincoln Statue is seen overlooking the front lawn of Lithia Park. Lithia Artisans Market is a short walk from the front of the Theaters, down the stairway, past the Lincoln Statue, the flowers of Lithia Park and there you are ~ at the Market. Ashland Creek, running the entire length of the Market, is easily accessible and its ripples beckon on a hot summer's day. Artisans sometimes stack rocks in the stream to form balance sculptures that are invariably toppled by kids during the week. Ah well, it's the process that gives true pleasure!
